Truck Mounted Hot Water Extraction:

This method is widely regarded as the deepest cleaning method available today. It can be used in nearly every circumstance with a great degree of success. We find, with our equipment, dry times of around 2-3 hours. We only use the best available truck mounts with very large blowers. This means faster dry times. If you've ever had your carpets cleaned by a company with substandard equipment, you probably noticed dry times of 8-12 hours or more. In general, this is the most preferred method of cleaning by the carpet manufacturers.

Portable Hot Water Extraction:

While many companies use only these types of units, we feel they are meant to be used only when access with a truck mount cannot be obtained. When using a high quality portable HWE unit, a very good job can be done but the dry times will most likely be increased.

(Showcase Dry Method):

This method of cleaning really shines when dry times are the top priority. Most clients cannot tell the difference in the appearance of the carpet between this method and HWE. However, if full removal of all particulate soil is important in a given situation, this may not be the best option. But, we assure you, you will be impressed with how clean and soft your carpets will be.

Encapsulation Cleaning:

This method is used for commercial carpet cleaning only! It is used primarily in large open spaces such as banquet halls or very large offices. This system encapsulates the soil in the carpet and can then be vacuumed out. The higher rate of production cuts our costs and results in extremely low cleaning prices per square foot. This method is meant to be used in partnership with HWE. It is an interim cleaning method and should be performed frequently to maintain a high level of appearance. These carpets should be cleaned at least once per year using HWE.

Bonnet Cleaning:

This cleaning method is usually employed by janitorial firms. It is an interim cleaning method that should be performed between HWE processes. Due to the low cost of encapsulation and the similar results, this method is rarely used by our company. This method is only available to commercial accounts.
